Tort Claims

Washington State law (Chapter 4.96 RCW) requires a standard Tort Claim form be submitted when filing a tort claim against Oman Public High School. Standard Tort Claim forms must be mailed or delivered to the address noted in the forms packet. They cannot be submitted electronically (via email or fax). Please read all the information in the packet before completing and presenting the claim form to Oman Public High School.
