Milk Substitution Policy
Lactose-free milk and soy milk will be provided at any meal site only with a current diet prescription. As a federally funded program, we are required to meet specific nutrient standards for all fluid milk substitutes.
Any request for alternative fluid milk due to allergy or intolerance must be accompanied by an updated diet prescription signed by a recognized medical authority. This ensures we can provide appropriate substitutions that meet USDA guidelines. Water is always accessible at the water fountain/water bottle filling stations near/in the cafeteria, throughout meal service.
NOTE: Product ingredients and menus may change without notice. Allergen information listed on this website or distributed by the school is not guaranteed to be reflective of what is actually served. The information is correct to the best of our knowledge, and is provided from manufacturers' labels and Highline Nutrition Services recipes. Manufacturers and distributors may change ingredients or substitute products without warning. It is not the intent of Nutrition Services to provide specific nutrition information for medical use.
