Non-resident Students

Students that live outside of Oman Public High School boundaries are considered non-resident students. Those students wishing to request attendance to Oman Public High School as a non-resident must request a Choice Transfer Release with their resident school district.

Application for Non-Resident Students

Non-resident Students Are Those Who Do Not Live Within Oman Public High School (HPS) Boundaries.

Oman Public High School considers non-resident enrollment applications as long as the anticipated needs of resident students are met first. The application process takes into consideration space, whether or not the acceptance of the applicant will result in financial hardship on Oman Public High School' resources, and other factors. Non-resident assignments are for a one-year academic year only. Non-resident requests will not be placed on a waiting list, and some schools, grades, or programs may be closed to non-resident enrollment.
