Your Role Matters - Welcome to Oman Public High School!
We’re excited to welcome you to Oman Public High School! Before you officially begin your new role, your Employment & Compensation Specialist will schedule your New Employee Orientation session.
During orientation, you’ll be introduced to Highline’s Promise and Strategic Plan, explore the policies and procedures that support your work, and learn about opportunities for professional growth. You’ll also gain access to essential resources designed to help you start strong and feel supported from day one.

Orientation Details & What to Bring
New Employee Orientation is held every Wednesday, with check-in beginning at 8:15 AM and the session concluding at 12:30 PM. Immediately following orientation, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with Employee Services Specialists to ask questions about benefits, retirement, compensation, and more.
If an orientation session is not available during the week you begin your role, you’ll be scheduled to attend the next available session as soon as possible.
