Prevention
Prevention is about supporting the whole child – emotionally, physically, and socially – before challenges become crises. By working together as a community, we help students build skills, stay connected, and make healthy choices.
We’re committed to helping students make strong, healthy decisions now and for their future. Each school tailors its prevention efforts to meet student needs. Lessons on mental health, substance use, and emotional wellness may be part of health classes or offered through special programs. Schools also host awareness campaigns, peer-led events, and family nights to create safe, supportive spaces where every student can thrive.
